I’m a business consultant and mentor specialising in creative strategy for emerging and established brands who operate in an ethical and responsible way. From business strategy and internal processes to brand communication, I step in and out of your business as needed to determine a roadmap for long-term success. Basically, I look at what you’re doing with a fresh set of eyes and two decades of experience.
From an early age, I’ve loved combining creativity and commerce, and engaged both to work across all sectors of the fashion industry. I spent 16 years in wholesale, sales & marketing, brand management, senior buying, e-commerce and General Manager and Managing Director roles before starting my own consultancy in 2014.
I’ve worked with global luxury brands such as Prada, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen and high-street brands such as Topshop and Glue. I’ve managed global teams and multi-million-dollar turnovers and I’ve managed start-ups with lean budgets and platforms. I’ve given my expertise to big brands and now I want to channel it into helping those who want to do things differently.
Six years ago I stopped working with brands that were having a negative impact on the world and started working exclusively with brands and not-for-profits and social enterprises that are working towards a sustainable and ethical future. I bring my creative and strategic expertise gained from working with some of the biggest brands in the world to help businesses build a strong foundation, form a clear plan and find refreshing solutions.
All the while doing right by the planet and people.
To me, that’s just good business.

BUSINESS THAT CONTRIBUTES
5% of revenue from all of my services (workshops and events included) will be donated to non-profit partners whom I am committed to working with long term. Upon booking a service, you can choose between one of the three organisations for your 5% portion to be donated to.
I believe deeply in the work of each of these community-led organisations and what they are contributing to the world. Each is built on the core principles of listening to and understanding what is required at a community level from those who understand it best: local people and their communities. From these solid foundations, their work equips future leaders with the skills, tools, and support required for true systemic change and sustainable development.
