MENTORING PACKAGES

The business journey can be a daunting one. From navigating start-up and facing growth challenges to making the very many vital decisions that come with each day. I’ve been there, I’ve done that and I’m excited to take you through it.

In each of my three one-on-one mentoring packages, I will work closely with you over a period of time to look at your current business challenges, the market landscape and your goals to create solutions, strategies and tangible actions you can implement immediately.

WHAT TO EXPECT

No two businesses are alike and neither are my mentoring sessions. I have three different mentoring packages to suit different budgets and needs, but in each the solutions and our time together are tailored to your business – whether you are in launch, growth or scale phases or whether it’s top line strategy, market entry, re-brand or operational challenges you’re facing.

Our time together will be spent nurturing your vision and turning your creative ideas into a long-term, sustainable, commercial reality.

STAGE 1

We’ll put it all on the table.

Either in person or via Zoom, we’ll start with a business and brand audit session to determine your current goals, pain points and challenges. I’ll then conduct additional market and consumer research to gain a full analysis of where you’re at and where we want to be going.

STAGE 2

We’ll map it all out.

Together we’ll establish long-term objectives and set up short-term initiatives, while also flagging the areas of your business or branding that need adapting to meet these goals. We’ll determine tangible weekly actions (including processes and structures, where applicable) and get you prepared to take them on.

STAGE 3

We’ll keep it moving.

We’ll meet one-on-one every week or fortnight to keep that momentum going, adapt where necessary and ensure a sustainable integration in all areas of your business. Everything is documented for your reference so you can funnel your new skills and knowledge into future stages of your business.

1:1 weekly 1 hour mentoring sessions tailored to your specific business requirements via zoom, phone or in person (where possible).
SOS email assistance if required.

Curated monthly relevant industry and business resources.
Access to discounts with specialised industry and business partners and workshops.
COST: $995 + GST per month min 3 month package.

Initial Business Roadmap strategy workshop (valued at $3995)
1:1 weekly 1.5 hour mentoring sessions via zoom, phone or in person (where possible).
1 x 2 hours high level consulting services within the business per month.
